07/10/2013: Dallas Zoo

Another beautiful day in the *Big D*. I have been very lucky with the weather so far. Much luckier than my previous overseas trips which usually involve lots of rain.

I took the DART Red Line to Dallas Zoo. I took the monorail around the *African* section of the zoo.

The zoo had an Australian section which included kangaroos, emus, koalas and lorikeets. There was *Aboriginal* music playing through the public address system to make the animals feel at home.
